In this thread, you will learn how to participate in Poolz Finance IDOs and the levels that Poolz Finance provides to their users based on the amount of $POOLX the user has locked.
Step 1: Make sure you have enough $POOLX to participate in the IDO
- Lottery system– users that lock 1-249 $POOLX will get into a lottery system to be eligible for participation in Poolz IDOs.
- Guaranteed allocation– If you lock 250 $POOLX on the platform, you will be eligible for guaranteed allocation. So, if you lock 1,000 $POOLX, you’ll get higher allocation. And as you may guess, the more $POOLX you lock, the more allocation you will win.
- Higher weight & Private sales– $POOLX holders have guaranteed IDO & PreIDO Allocation.
- Poolz council- or Poolz governance are $POOLX holders that lock 20K $POOLX. Members of Poolz council have the ability to decide which projects are going to be launch on Poolz and will have access to private sales in addition to the IDO.
Step 2: Connect Your Wallet to Poolz Finance Web Page
Go to https://www.poolz.finance/ and connect your crypto wallet to the platform. You can click on “Connect Wallet” at the top right corner of the Poolz page and choose your preferred wallet from the popup menu. Metamask wallet is recommended for a seamless experience.
Step 3: Lock Your $POOLX
Once you’ve connected your wallet, you must lock your $POOLX tokens. This is a mandatory step for participating in IDOs conducted on Poolz and you can do this on the official Poolz locking page here.
NOTE that:
A. You lock your $POOLX without any timeline. Once your $POOLX locked you can sign to any IDO on Poolz.
B. After successful lock, your $POOLX tokens will be visible in the ‘Lock Poolx’ under ‘unlock’. To unlock your $POOLX you need to agree the terms, press the ‘Unlock’ button and accept the transaction on your wallet. Your $POOLX will get into a ‘Cooldown period’ ‘which will be explained later.
C. Leaderboard displays and ranks all the wallets that have locked $POOLX on the platform on a daily basis. Your allocation will be decided on the amount of tickets you hold. For every 250 locked $POOLX you get 1 ticket. The more tickets you have, the allocation will be higher.
Step 4: Complete Whitelist Requirement
All $POOLX holders have to register on the blockchain for IDO participation.
So, now, every user must sign a transaction using their wallet to confirm they are active and will participate in the IDO by pressing the “Join Whitelist” button, as presented below.
The whitelisting confirmation transaction is on the Binance Smart Chain (regardless the project network), so the fees will be negligible and the whole process will take just a few seconds to finish!
Step 5: Win Allocation
The IDO Wihitelist Winners will be published in Poolz Finance’s main TG and Twitter channels approximately 24H before the IDO along with other information such as IDO Purchasing time, Claiming, and listing details.
Allocation Purchasing: In https://www.poolz.finance/lobby you will be able to connect to the IDO pool and as soon as the sale starts, purchase the required allocation
Step 6: Claiming
If you have won an allocation and participated in the IDO, the IDO tokens can be:
A. Automatically airdropped into your wallet without you having to claim them. This further simplifies the IDO process on Poolz Finance.
B. Claimed manually from https://www.poolz.finance/dashboard “Dashboard” as following example:
